By accessing or using the online membership services provided by the Chamber, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Membership Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals and organizations who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the Chamber. The Chamber reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its discretion.
  2. Membership Benefits: As a member, you will have access to the benefits and services outlined in the membership package. These benefits may include but are not limited to networking opportunities, resources, events, and exclusive content.
  3. Payment and Fees: Membership fees are payable as per the specified schedule and are non-refundable. The Chamber reserves the right to modify the fees or introduce additional charges with prior notice.
  4. Member Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with other members, Chamber staff, and participating in Chamber activities. Any violation of this conduct may result in the termination of membership.
  5. Confidentiality: Members may have access to confidential information shared by the Chamber or other members. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without proper authorization.
  6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, displayed on the Chamber’s online platform are the property of the Chamber or its respective owners. You agree not to use or reproduce any such intellectual property without prior written consent.
  7. Limitation of Liability: The Chamber strives to provide accurate and reliable information and services; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content. The Chamber shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use of our online membership services.
  8. Termination: The Chamber reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of the terms of service, non-payment of fees, or any conduct that is deemed detrimental to the Chamber’s reputation.
  9. Amendments: The Chamber may modify or update these terms of service from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the online platform or via email. Your continued use of the membership services after the modifications indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
